The fee for document retrieval is currently $85 dollars per search. Documents are retrieved the same day and at a moments notice. Certification fees are extra and can be provided by simply submitting a credit card for more service options. Mail or email your process service court documents today. The Department of Process Services is available 24 hours a day to receive process service court documents at a moments notice. When you call, indicate the city location of the defendant. Once it is received by our department of process servers, the court documents are scheduled for delivery and then delivered to the defendant. Three attempts at service will be made.
