Golden Mean opened its doors in the spring of 2009 with Britt Hawley, as the executive chef who had previously worked with Real Food Daily for six years. Many of her recipes are still being utilized throughout our menu. In 2019, we renovated the space and rebranded as Viva Vegan. The restaurant is deeply focused on health, wellness, nutrition, and last but not least, great flavors. We prepare delicious, fresh, organic, vegan foods and pastries daily. Several menu items change daily, ensuring that Viva Vegan has something exciting to offer every day.
